About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at EmpowerMe Wellness. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
  • Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program
  • Active ASHA certification and current state licensure in SLP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Tech-savvy skills and a willingness to learn
