Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vision Center Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Vision Center. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Vision Center, including managing a team of associates, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Vision Center, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance
  • Collaborate with other store departments to achieve overall store goals and objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for associates to improve their skills and performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an optical or vision center environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
