Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential residents through various communication channels, providing detailed rental information tailored to their needs and aiming to schedule appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks as necessary.
- Ensure all interactions with customers, prospects, applicants, residents, and colleagues align with the Company's Customer Service Program and philosophy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line system.
- Respond to inquiries received via email according to established protocols.
- Coordinate appointments with prospects using the designated scheduling system.
- Document prospect information accurately in the system.
- Return missed calls promptly.
- Provide the Relocation Department Manager with daily reports on calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
- Achieve or surpass Daily Conversion Rates.
- Meet all criteria outlined in the Relocation Department Shoppers Report.
- Keep the Relocation Department Manager informed of any concerns or inconsistencies regarding policies, leasing, and customer service.
- Availability for weekend work is required.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework related to data entry and marketing is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a sales role is essential. Experience in a remote work setting is advantageous, as is property management experience.
