About the Position

The College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs is seeking a pool of qualified Lecturers in Theatre and Dance to teach various courses in the department. This is a part-time, non-tenure track position, and appointments will be made semester-by-semester.

Responsibilities
  • Teach various courses in Theatre and Dance, including in-person and online classes
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Theatre and Dance program
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications at the time of hire:

  • Master's degree in the field or significant experience in the field, as outlined in a Letter of Expertise
Physical Requirements

The position requires frequent movement, occasional long periods of sitting, and moderate energy requirements. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
