Job Title: RN Clinical Educator

Location: Fresno, California

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RN Clinical Educator to join our team at Community Medical Centers. As a leading healthcare provider, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care and foster a collaborative work environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will serve as a clinical leader and expert in nursing education, responsible for coordinating orientation programs, continuing inservice education, and ongoing educational programs for our nursing staff. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance nursing practice and improve clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with unit management to organize and develop quality assurance projects
  • Provide expert guidance and support to nursing staff on clinical procedures and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of educational activities and program evaluations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • 2 years of clinical experience in area of specialty required
  • Experience in patient and staff education development and implementation, quality improvement, program development, and professional development
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
