- Assist pharmacists with prescription filling, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information and prescription data
- Ensure a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of waste
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmaceuticals
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification
