Dermatology Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dermatology team at Allina Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and prioritize comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
- Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and treatments to achieve expected outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Vocational degree graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- 0 to 2 years RN experience.
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required if working in the state of MN upon hire.
