Key Responsibilities- Installation and Service: Install and service commercial fire alarm systems, access control systems, electronic security systems, and low voltage communications systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
- System Programming: Program and configure systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical issues using a variety of testing devices and tools.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education and Experience: Advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred.
