We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lake Washington School District. As a member of our Special Services department, you will provide occupational therapy services to students, working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to students, including assessment, direct therapy, and consultation with staff and parents.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to assess and evaluate student programs.
- Act as a liaison with medical and community service providers to support students and their families.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Washington State ESA certificate with Occupational Therapist endorsement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Paid per teacher salary schedule with base contract plus additional contracts for LEAP days and responsibility.
- Additional technology stipend and professional fund.
- Full benefit package available for employees working a minimum of 630 hours during the school year.
