Advanced Burn Trauma Surgical ICU Nurse Position in Indianapolis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Burn Trauma Surgical ICU Nurse to join our team at LanceSoft.
This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week, with a shift of 12 hours per night. As an Advanced Burn Trauma Surgical ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing critical care to adult and pediatric burn trauma patients in the surgical ICU.
The ideal candidate will have experience in invasive hemodynamic monitoring, IV drip titration, nurse-driven burn fluid resuscitation following the Parkland formula, ventilator management, CVVH, pulse and flap Doppler checks, initial debridement and dressing changes, conscious sedation, surgical recovery, and epidural pumps.
LanceSoft offers competitive pay ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including weekly pay, medical benefits, and a supportive work environment.
