POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is essential in supporting our warehouse functions.

You will play a key role in fostering team objectives and ensuring safety in all operational procedures.

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will oversee the receiving and shipping processes in our finished goods warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely operations.

Additionally, this position will provide technical support to forklift operators and data management personnel, addressing any challenges that may arise during daily warehouse activities.


Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various information systems to effectively manage loading and unloading tasks.
Coordinate dock operations, including door assignments and trailer placements, to optimize capacity and workflow.
Assign tasks to forklift operators, ensuring adherence to customer-specific packaging and inventory requirements.
Monitor the status of replenishment orders to guarantee timely product availability.
Generate and review pick lists for accuracy, making necessary adjustments and completing shipping documentation.

Provide technical assistance to forklift operators and data personnel, resolving any system exceptions, inventory discrepancies, and other operational issues.

Assist management in documenting procedures, training new staff, and evaluating team performance.

Perform clerical duties related to warehouse operations, including generating production reports and managing routine documentation.


Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of experience in a clerical or warehouse environment is preferred.
