We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable individual to fill the role of Warehouse Operations Specialist - Customer Service at Milwaukie Lumber Company.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping lumber products in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including inspection and inventory management
  • Store and maintain organized inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Assist customers with orders, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety protocols
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Basic math skills for accurate inventory management
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
