We are seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join our team at Commonwealth Care Alliance. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the occupational health function to maintain and promote employee health and support CCA's employee health and wellness strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and implementation of infection control strategies to prevent illness within the workforce and secondary transmission of illness to members.
  2. Conduct presentations and trainings to employees and managers on various health and safety topics.
  3. Participate in TB risk assessments and conduct TB testing where indicated.
Requirements:
  • Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S)
  • 5+ years of occupational health nursing experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Ability to perform tasks or duties with frequent interruptions.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
