Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in financial systems, including Alfa Systems and general ledger maintenance.
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to enhance current state efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial requirements are met and project expectations are aligned.
  • Communicate financial updates to stakeholders and engage in review and design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Project experience required.
  • Alfa Systems/Alfa Financial Software experience preferred.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong accounting background, including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and internal controls.
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid presentation skills and the ability to lead and manage meetings and working sessions.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
