Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Marketing PPC Coordinator to join our team at HHHunt. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads
- Conduct keyword research and implement dynamic content to improve campaign performance
- Work with SEM Specialist to A/B test copy, images, and videos to optimize ad effectiveness
- Define and target customer segments to maximize campaign reach and engagement
- Implement social media advertising, ensuring appropriate placement of ads on channels like Facebook, Instagram, and others
- Implement and maintain ad campaigns, including targeting, creatives, and copywriting
- Continuously test and refine ad creatives and targeting parameters to improve campaign efficiency
- Optimize ad spend while adhering to digital advertising budget
- Select appropriate platforms for banner ads, video ads (YouTube and Vimeo), and native advertising
- Setup and maintain digital advertising campaigns and implement retargeting and remarketing plans, including content creation, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
- Create tracking links and metrics to measure the success of PPC initiatives and communicate results to the marketing team and business leaders

Requirements

- Four-year college degree in Business or Marketing plus one-year digital marketing experience OR two years of professional experience in PPC or digital marketing required
- Certification in Google Ads or other PPC platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, including SEM, social media advertising, and digital advertising
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various social media channels
- Proficiencies in keyword research, A/B testing, and retargeting techniques
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor, adjust, and optimize ad campaigns for efficiency
- Understanding of universal digital design principles
- Motivated self-starter, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
