Nurse Practitioner

Burnsville, MN-based Carefree Living is a reputable assisted living community seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the onboarding and training of new nursing staff to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing success.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with nursing processes and regulations set by licensing agencies.
- Assess and address the unique needs of each resident, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Conduct regular assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of care plans.
- Collaborate with the QAPI team to drive quality improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities, cost-effectiveness, marketing, and customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
- Provide direct nursing services to residents, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred but not required).
- Pass a thorough background check and meet the physical demands of the role.
- Assisted living experience (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and clinical charting experience (desired).
