Key Responsibilities
  • Care for patients with various illnesses, injuries, and diseases in medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools, under the supervision of providers.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Take patient vitals, conduct assessments, document progress, and report changes to providers.
  • Assist in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed medication, operate medical equipment, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an active LPN license in Colorado.
  • CPR certification (demonstration course required).
  • 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.
  • Valid TB screening.
  • COVID-19 vaccination card.
  • Proof of flu vaccination during flu season (October-March).
