About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Golden Roseleaf Gardens LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Personal Care Services: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Support Daily Living Activities: Help residents with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and group and individual activities, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Provide Escort Services: Safely escort residents to and from meals, activities, and appointments, using walkers, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids as needed.
  • Document Resident Care: Accurately document resident care through electronic charting, ensuring timely and effective communication with the care team.
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to resident needs and concerns, providing empathetic and supportive communication to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work in a Multicultural Environment: Collaborate with residents, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with the ability to adapt to changing resident needs.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for working with older adults and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
