Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and initiate appropriate care plans based on established standards.
  • Provide patient and family education to support recovery and engagement in the care process.
  • Regularly assess and document patient progress and responses to interventions.
  • Coordinate care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of physicians' orders.
  • Timely communication of adverse or sudden changes in patient condition.
  • Recognize and report adverse drug reactions.
  • Effectively manage patient pain and utilize blood products as necessary.
  • Safely and effectively utilize patient care equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN Washington State license.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Oral and written fluency in the English language.
