Key Responsibilities
The Facilities Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Property Manager and will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring the property is in optimal condition.
  • Managing service requests and ensuring timely responses to resident needs.
  • Supervising and training the maintenance team to uphold high standards of service.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
  • Maintaining a well-organized maintenance shop and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Implementing a preventative maintenance program to prolong the life of the property.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
