Job Summary

Cape Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and implement nursing care plans to meet their individual needs.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, and perform various patient tests and administer medications as needed.
  • Teach patients and families about their conditions, medications, and self-care skills to promote independence and improve health outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers and supervisors to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Apply Cape Regional Medical Center's core values of quality, service, efficiency, integrity, safety, professionalism, teamwork, and compassion in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 3 months of hire, and Critical Care course within 6 months of hire.
