Job Summary:

This Telecommute-Attorney-Claims Law position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced attorney to join our law firm. As a General Liability Counselor, you will be responsible for managing claims, evaluating risks, and defending clients against liability issues. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Claim Management: Evaluate and manage claims related to general liability, including slip and fall accidents, premises liability, and construction defects.
• Risk Evaluation: Assess the strength of claims and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Client Representation: Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other members of the firm to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Graduation from an accredited law school is required.
• Active California License: Must be actively licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in general liability litigation or a similar practice area is preferred.
