Salary: $95,000 and up, based on qualifications
Classification: Exempt

Summary: This role involves the installation, programming, and maintenance of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and various Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems, along with associated industrial process instrumentation.

Job Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for:

  • Installing, commissioning, and maintaining Siemens PCS7 distributed control systems and other automation technologies.
  • Analyzing installation requirements and inspecting both hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while managing customer expectations.
  • Traveling to remote customer locations across the United States as necessary.

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Siemens PCS7.
  • Strong computer, server, and networking skills, along with foundational knowledge of industrial instrumentation.
  • A background in instrumentation (I&E) or engineering, with a focus on programming and technical support for control systems.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
  • Compliance with customer site access requirements.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and a stable work history.

Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift 25+ pounds periodically.
  • Respond to and report dangerous situations.
  • Engage in bending, walking, climbing, kneeling, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Wear PPE/Safety gear when required.
