HireNow Staffing Inc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our OB/GYN department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and co-workers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current Alabama licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum six months' OB experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary within the range of $63,000 to $75,000.
