Job Opportunity

Pediatric Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to provide behavioral intervention services to children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA-based programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide daily modeling and teacher education to ensure high treatment fidelity
  • Work with the crisis team to de-escalate behaviors when necessary
  • Collect data on all programming as directed by the BCBA
  • Advise and consult with families and other agency personnel with BCBA oversight
  • Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures
  • Participate with the interdisciplinary team effectively and efficiently
  • Attend team meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High School Diploma
