Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome and interact with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Facilitate and supervise organized activities, guaranteeing children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party.
  • Effectively communicate games and activities to party participants, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Respond promptly to any questions, complaints, or conflicts, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
Key Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of standing and movement within the club, with the ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective exchange of information with guests regarding Life Time products and services.
  • First Aid certification required within the first 60 days of hire, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification also required within the first 60 days of hire, demonstrating a commitment to staff safety and well-being.
  • Adherence to state or federal requirements prior to commencement, emphasizing our dedication to compliance and excellence.
