At KPC Promise Healthcare LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients. As a Rehab Tech, you will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient delivery of rehab services.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rehab Tech. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a long-term acute setting, preferably as a rehab tech or in a related role. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed therapists with patient care and treatment
  • Transport patients to and from rehab gym and perform exercises as directed
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and observations

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $ 45,000 - 60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plan and paid time off.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of rehab tech experience in a long-term acute setting
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate stress levels.

Certifications and Training

A valid CPR certification is required for this position. We also provide ongoing training and education to support your professional growth and development.
