Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safe and sanitary food-handling practices by inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas, equipment, and work surfaces.
  • Maintaining the freshness of food and ingredients by checking quality, rotating stock, and ensuring correct storage and cooking temperatures.
  • Cooking food according to recipes and adjusting seasonings as needed.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a restaurant Cook, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
  • The ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
