Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel operations during the overnight shift. This includes managing front desk operations, handling guest requests, and performing various administrative tasks.

• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests.
• Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including balancing transactions, preparing daily reports, and conducting security walks.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
