PACU Charge Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in the PACU, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and unit performance.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient discharge of patients from the PACU.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and unit performance.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of nurses.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
