Job Summary: As a Meat Cutter at Stater Bros., you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and preparing their meat purchases. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and preparing their meat purchases
• Grind, cut, trim, wrap, and tenderize meats to meet customer specifications
• Price and display items for sale in a visually appealing manner
• Assist in maintaining the display cases and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a meat cutting or butchery role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
