Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Jim 'N Nick's BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and plating food orders to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Set up, coordinate, and organize food preparation to meet ticket time standards and maintain quality control.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Health Department guidelines and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Restock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Skillset: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
