Position Overview:
The Overnight Houseperson at Northwest x Southern Hospitality plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our esteemed hotel. This position is crucial for ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests during the night hours.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duties include performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and washing various surfaces including walls, windows, and mirrors. When assigned to guest rooms, responsibilities extend to changing linens, restocking amenities, and preparing beds for incoming guests. Additionally, effective communication with guests is essential to address any concerns or special requests.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED. While prior experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
