Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at AccentCare. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support patients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Document observations and provision of care according to policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • At least one year experience as a Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation
  • Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting, extensive bending, and standing
  • Current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate meeting HCFA requirements, if required by the state where employed
  • Valid CPR certification
