We are currently seeking a qualified Telemetry Registered Nurse.

*UP TO $12,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*Hours: 36hrs

Shift Details:
Evening/Night Shift, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and vacation rotations.

Department Goals:
The primary objective of this unit is to provide exceptional care administered by proficient clinicians who specialize in cardiac patient management.

The key conditions treated on the Telemetry Unit encompass myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, unstable angina, atrial fibrillation, and other cardiac dysrhythmias, along with pre and post-interventional patients from specialized labs.

Sign-On Bonus Structure:

$12,000 for candidates with 3+ years of RN experience

$10,000 for candidates with 1-3 years of RN experience

$7,500 for candidates with less than 1 year of RN experience

Rehires with a gap of over 1 year are also eligible.

Key Responsibilities:


Under the supervision of the Manager of Patient Services or their designee, you will perform a variety of tasks that involve coordinating comprehensive nursing care for patients. This includes engaging in patient and family education and providing leadership by collaborating effectively with nursing and other healthcare team members to uphold professional nursing standards within the assigned unit.

You will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver care appropriate to the age group of patients typically served.

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is mandatory.
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential.
- A minimum of three (3) months of experience is preferred.
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or provide a valid exemption for medical or personal reasons upon hiring.

Compensation:
USD $68.52 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement:
Every other weekend and vacation.
