Overview

Catholic Health Initiatives is a leading healthcare provider in central and eastern Kentucky, delivering quality care to patients across 88 locations. Our full-service network offers a range of primary care services, including family, internal, geriatric, and pediatric medicine, as well as several specialties. Our Lexington Internal Medicine Clinic is a well-established and high-functioning clinic, focusing on intentional patient care.

The providers in this clinic care for patients with a full range of health and wellness services:

  • Annual wellness exams and sports physicals
  • Care for all acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Care for chronic illnesses like asthma, diabetes, and hypertension
  • Diagnostic services, including lab work, vision, and hearing testing, blood pressure monitoring, and more
  • Preventive care, including personalized consultations and health screenings
  • Well-child exams, including immunizations for newborns to adolescents
  • Seasonal support for allergies and the flu
  • Mental health resources and support
Responsibilities
  • Understand, support, and implement the mission of the facility to deliver healthcare to those in need in the performance of all job responsibilities.
  • Ensure that patient care meets or exceeds the facility quality standards.
  • Ensure that patient satisfaction meets or exceeds standards set by the facility.
  • Educate patients on both clinical and managed care.
  • Participate in clinic and network task forces as requested and appropriate.
  • Function as an effective clinic team member.
  • Meet productivity standards.
  • Effectively use clinic financial and other performance information.
Qualifications

Education:
Board Certified - or eligible.

License/Certification:
Kentucky Licensure.

Pay Range
$68.14/hour
