About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishwasher and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Stockmans Casino. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, utensils, and small wares
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are stored in a clean and organized manner
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area and dispose of them properly
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety protocols
  • Assist with prepping food under the supervision of the Sous Chef or Training Supervisor

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
