Role Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will collaborate with Booz Allen colleagues and government representatives from various defense and governmental sectors to engineer systems and strategize acquisition programs for space and terrestrial systems. Your efforts will support the integration of GPS system User Equipment across a diverse stakeholder network. You will provide specialized technical guidance on M-Code GPS Security Certification processes for defense acquisitions.
This role presents an opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to establish and uphold GPS User Equipment Security Certification protocols, assess acquisition documentation for adherence to governmental standards, and offer acquisition expertise to government offices. Your contributions will be essential in formulating operational plans that bolster command and control functions.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Department of Defense Information Assurance
- Proficiency in software system development, including test case creation and execution
- Experience in Cyber Vulnerability assessments
- Background in DoD security systems engineering
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in diverse teams
- Ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Possession of a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DoD acquisition frameworks
- Knowledge of GPS and navigation systems
- Expertise in Cyber Threat assessment and mitigation
- Familiarity with COMSEC and TRANSEC principles
- Understanding of Zero Trust architecture
- Experience with advanced technology programs for embedded systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possession of a TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
