Job DescriptionThis role requires a registered nurse (RN) with med surg experience to work in a short-term acute care facility with a level II trauma center and level II pediatric trauma center designation. The shift will be 12 hours, nights, and the nurse will be required to float between units within a 50-mile local radius.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating electronic medical records systems.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated weekly gross pay for this position is $3,500-$4,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a tax-free stipend amount that will be determined upon confirmation. RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must possess a valid RN license and have at least one year of med surg experience. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
