Senior Training Manager

Astrion, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Training Manager to support the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training manager support for training evaluations, including assessments and recommendations for improvements to system training, training equipment, simulator requirements, technical documentation, and equipment and simulator designs.
  • Support training required to execute test activities, assist with the delivery of operational and maintenance training, and support the development of program-specific handbooks and training courses.
  • Assist in training, implementation, and execution of policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, IPT, independent assessment visits, consultation visits, and tailored instruction.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of related professional experience, with 5 years in the DoD.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in the respective professional discipline being performed, with 5 years in the DoD.
  • Active US security clearance and US citizenship.
