Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. This role is ideal for those who have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for registering guests, assigning rooms, and confirming phone and online reservations.
  • They will also respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  1. Register and assign rooms to guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  2. Confirm phone and online reservations according to established procedures.
  3. Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
  4. Collect payment from guests in accordance with hotel policies.
  5. Keep accurate records of occupied rooms and guests.
  6. Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build rapport with guests and provide personalized service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
