Job Description

The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) serves as a clinical resource and coach, impacting team performance. Collaborate with advance practice providers to build a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a resource and coach to improve clinical performance.

Qualifications

  • Ambitious professionals with experience in geriatrics or complex patients preferred.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license, DEA registration, EMR experience, CPR certification, and completion of an accredited residency program are required.
  • ABMS or AOA board certification is highly valued.

Salary Information

$250,000 per year USD. Individual compensation packages are customized to reflect unique factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and job-related considerations.
