Senior Paralegal

Kaleida Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to provide ongoing support to our Legal Department attorneys and other teams within the organization. As a key member of our team, you will assist with a wide range of health care and general corporate issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Provide paralegal assistance and support to Legal Department attorneys and other teams
• Assist with health care and general corporate issues, including research and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of health care law and corporate governance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Knowledge of health care law and corporate governance
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat

• Competitive salary range: $49,861-$76,359 annually
