About the Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a highly skilled AR Specialist to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position that requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Excel-related work, including statement of account reconciliation and data analysis.
  • Tie up gaps between statements and customer receipts.
  • Export data from NetSuite and perform ad hoc tasks and projects as requested.
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of AR experience, with full cycle AR a plus.
  • Flexible on industry experience, with previous real estate or telecom experience a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and XLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP systems a plus.
Personality Fit
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage work when working remotely.
