About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Avalon Health Care Group. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with their activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide hygiene and oral care, ensuring the patient's dignity and comfort are maintained.
  • Assist patients with medication needs, including administering medications and documenting care.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Maintain patients' rooms in a clean, safe, and clutter-free environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State.
  • Must maintain a current certification in the state throughout employment.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must be able to relate positively and favorably to patients and families, and work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.
