In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients bringing their Lincoln vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. Your expertise will ensure that customer needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and establish lasting relationships by addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate and manage service appointments, ensuring that vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with service technicians to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and pricing to clients, securing their consent before proceeding with any work.
- Provide clients with detailed estimates for repairs and timelines, keeping them informed throughout the service process.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of Lincoln products and services to respond to client questions competently.
- Document all client interactions, service history, and maintenance activities meticulously.
- Follow up with clients post-service to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Client Service Specialist in a dealership environment, with a preference for knowledge of Lincoln/Ford products.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and technology.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
