Key Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Security Services: Safeguard personnel, property, and information with professionalism.
  • Conduct Site-Specific Security Protocols: Patrol within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
  • Ensure Secure Entry and Exit Points: Greet guests and employees, and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow Site-Specific Performance Manuals and Post Orders: Report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to Security Alarms and Emergency Situations: Act as a first responder in emergency situations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Department of Defense (DoD) Position Appropriate Level Security Clearance: National security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment.
  • Licensing Requirements: Subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Minimum of Three (3) Years of Security Experience: On a Department of Defense-cleared site, prior military experience, or a combination of both.
  • Effective Written and Oral Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Law Enforcement or Armed Security Experience
  • Associate's Degree or Higher in Criminal Justice, Business, or a Related Field
