Classroom Assistant

• Assist teaching staff in providing a high-quality educational program, including indoor and outdoor activities.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards and Iowa Licensing Regulations.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining records and completing necessary paperwork.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently, up to 30 pounds occasionally, and over 30 pounds rarely.
