Job Summary

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic at St. Cloud Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide consultative care to high-risk obstetric patients and families in collaboration with our physicians, sonographers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

About the Role
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient care to women with high-risk pregnancies, including prenatal consultations and management of complications.
  • Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, working closely with MFM physicians, sonographers, nurses, genetic counselors, and laborists.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine ultrasound examinations, interpret results, and provide recommendations for further testing or intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with genetic counselors to provide prenatal testing and counseling services.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for high-risk patients, working closely with their primary care providers and other healthcare team members.
  • Participate in education and training programs to stay current on best practices in maternal-fetal medicine.
Requirements
  • Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.
  • BLS Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in obstetrics and gynecology, preferably in a perinatal setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software.
Salary and Benefits
