Seeking Experienced DPT Therapist

Our client, a reputable healthcare organization, is seeking a seasoned DPT therapist to join their team in the picturesque mountains of Southern California. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging role, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' needs and design individualized treatment plans.
  • Apply evidence-based practice principles to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and mentor PTAs, students, and other support personnel to ensure optimal outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in California and current CPR certification.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting.
  • PREFERRED: Specialized training or certifications in areas such as NDT, geriatrics, or orthopedics.
Compensation Information:

An attractive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $125,000 - $145,000, based on qualifications and experience.
